I pre-ordered a few minutes after the sale was online and this morning I received an e-mail asking what size I want for the T-shirt. Very likely you would get the same e-mail.
Just received my T-shirt in the mail today. Can't wait for the DVD!

I ordered L and it was too big for me. My upper torso is long, so I don't understand this. Hmm... perhaps I am just a small man with short legs.

I found my shirt to be off as well. Sorry for misleading everyone. I'm normally a UK medium- but I found the shirt to be too long and a bit too big for my liking. It works perfectly fine when stadning, but when I sit down, Maria turns into an indiscernible pile.

Mine fits great, and I couldn't be happier. I'm 5'9"/150ish with an extra normal build. I got the medium. Thanks, MoC!

More fun than the October sale (at least for Scandinavian citizens):
You can get Michael for 0 SEK at cdon.com right now:
1. add this to your basket (or something else in the same sale)
2. add Michael to your basket
3. get code for free shipping
(Of course you can also pay 259 SEK for Michael and get something less expenseive for free....)

It's working now, but it looks like aside from the 'coming soon' section, everything's the same as the last offer.

Ahh, I had to force refresh.

Perkizitore, the Mabuse box is amazing, probably my single favorite thing MoC has ever put out.

Bought the Mabuse set and both MoC BD pre-orders. After finishing the PayPal-thing Eureka's site crashed. Hope, they did get my order. :D

Haha, no! :P

I actually ended up buying only "Kwaidan". The titles I wanted most were absent from the sale.

I'm hoping for another four-day sale to supplement this, since the one I've been hoping for, Tabu (which used to be up there all the time, dammit) isn't listed.

There are quite a few titles I want too that aren't on the sale, but I may have to blind buy that Mabuse set.

My most-wanted absents:

Le Grand jeu
Il Grido
La Gueule ouverte
Police
Tabu
There's Always Tomorrow

And to those hesitating about the Mabuse set: BUY. It's the crown jewel of my collection.

This is strange: When I add Wizards to the cart the price changes from £10,99 to £11,99. :-k

If anybody's still holding out on the Naruse set at that price they need to be taken and shaken.

I'm also waiting for Le Grand jeu and There's Always Tomorrow. I know that Amazon has the latter on sale, but I can't bring myself to get it from them.

Indeed, at the present price the Mabuse box set is a steal; same for the Naruse. Considering how some titles got unexpectedly out of print recently, no one should take any chance.

Although one may doubt the two boxsets mentioned earlier would fare badly enough in terms of sales or at least prestige, the list of titles which recently became unavailable or have entered endangered status holds a few surprises, like the Dreyer; what next, the Murnau titles, because of poor sales also?

One advance sign is of course a BR edition coming out, since we have been told that titles like Une Femme Mariée, Tokyo Sonata or Fantastic Planet will go out of print in SD but remain available in BD.

As for other titles anyone may want and are not included in this month's offers, they should eventually make their way back in, since MoC rotates its catalogue for these sales, although not in a systematic way.
