I think that shepherd boy in front is slowly turning into Tom Tucker's son. His face appears ready to flip over and/or fall off at any moment.dx23 wrote:

Lovely Rita ...
If you look at it, all of the characters on the cover of Nativity are taken from that poster, except for the little disembodied Asian girl in the far back.
This isn't awful, but just looks cheap and quickly slapped together.
An odd choice to put the people introducing the films in larger font than the film titles.
As though the actual film selection was incidental.

That's what happens when you let Ellen Page dress your puppy.

It' like that Budweiser commercial a few years back:
Woman: How was your day?
Dog: Sausages! Sausages! Please sausages!!!

This is more of a wrap-around slip card, easily disposable.RossyG wrote:

I think it's secretly an ad for a Moses action figure.Cinephrenic wrote:

Re: Worst DVD Covers...ever! (Part 3-D)
Like it was posted previously, this is a wraparound cover. The actual slipcase cover is pretty nice. It's all black and in sunken embossed letter it say, "You can't get to 500 million friends without making a few enemies."RossyG wrote:

Or at least that's the case with the US release. In the UK it might be different.

That's right, in the UK they get that crappy version. However, HMV has an exclusive package, which is essentially the North American version.

Every time I look at that Ten Commandments cover I keep thinking that Charlton Heston looks like a cheesy porcelain figure. I think it is the sculpted hair and beard (are they going to be embossed areas on the cover?) that is causing this train of thought.

Are those the two Flight of the Concords guys behind Rhys Darby? Why are they advertising him and not them? Why couldn't they get an actual picture of them instead of MSPainting them onto other people's bodies? What in God's name is going on?
