My sale acquisitions (Make Way and Rock Hunter) just arrived (I live in Greece). I hope I will have watched them by the end of the summer.

I thought something might be wrong. I'm going to give it a little more time... then I guess I'll have to send Eureka an email.

Received the second of my two orders today. I'm ten MoC discs wealthier than before the sale, and I've already saved some money for the next sale. Hopefully the Mizoguchi set and/or a Pialat bundle will be part of the next sale (hint hint [-o< )

Ordered on the make-up sale day, and my orders came in today. I got the DVD of Make Way for Tomorrow instead of the blu I ordered, though.

Hmmm hopefully my package didn't get stolen. Been having issues lately with the post office leaving packages on my doorstep, which is not the safest idea in the city. Will wait a few more days to see if my order comes.

Well, my shipment from MoC came today... and there was nothing in the package. Very strange. I opened up the box and it was completely empty. Either MoC forgot to put my movies in the box before they shipped it out (very unlikely), or someone at the postal service in the UK or US stole my stuff (or possible at customs). I waited three weeks for an empty box. Has this happened to anyone here before?

I got a package with 3 movies (I ordered 9) and it was wide open with the DVDs out. But judging by the size of the box, it probably only contained these 3.

MoC contacted me back about the mistake on mine and have already sent out the replacement.

I sent Nick an email earlier today about my problem, but haven't heard back from him yet. I sure hope I don't have to wait another 3 weeks. ](*,)

I haven't received anything yet, and I ordered on the first day of the sale. I chalked it up to the Canada Post strike, but that ended two weeks ago.

I had a lot of packages that were sent to Canada from the US before the strike started that still haven't arrived- apparently, they're just now working off the backlog of all the things that were sitting around during the strike

That's absolutely normal. I was lucky enough to get 1/3 of my order yesterday, but all my other international orders have not yet arrived. They're sorting everything out VERY slowly and I would give it at least another week before things go back to normal - maybe even two.
Based on our current processing plan, we are anticipating that much of the business mail backlog will be cleared in the near future.
We expect that our mail processing activities as well as our overall delivery performance will begin approaching normal levels within a couple of weeks.

Just got my order yesterday and I got There's Always Tomorrow on DVD instead of the Rock Hunter Blu-ray, I emailed about it, so I hope to hear back soon.

Otherwise another positive experience with MoC!

I don't carry any stock, and I don't deal with any of the Eureka sales. I live hundreds of miles away from London. Please email Kevin at the email address on your Paypal receipt and the website you ordered from. Thanks!

Any emails I get about orders I simply forward to Kevin.

Received my biggest order today in NC, US (the other, ordered later, arrived several days ago). All items accounted for with the exception of Nosferatu, which I'm assuming may have been shipped separately due to being temporarily out of stock or something, as this happened with one of my orders from a previous sale. One of the two taped-together boxes was slightly open, but I can say with certainty that there was no room for another disc to have been enclosed. I'm quite relieved; I was getting nervous after reading what some others posted.

Quite pleased with what I did receive, needless to say. Tonight my living room will be boisterous with Yokosuka's menagerie unhinged. :D
