If any movie deserved a cover that looks like a feminine hygiene ad, that's the one

Love means never having to say your sorry you broke Ali MacGraw's spine and now have to carry her around everywhere like a human backpack.

It's like Irène Jacob is trying to catch a fly.

I have a feeling one is angrier than the other eleven in this one for some reason.

Should we start a Criterion cover bitching thread in each subforum now? Obviously the regular one is insufficient.

Jason Mewes is in the movie and they didn't slap a pic of Jay from Jay and Silent Bob fame on the cover? Maybe it would of made it less "zany" and more "stoney"?

I didn't know this was an actual movie. I only know it as the tagline for Moulin Rouge.

I don't understand the fade into the wheat field at the bottom. Is she a ghost? Has someone gone back in time and made it so she was never born?

I was just going to say that the only possible way I can conceive of describing Palin as "undefeated" is in consideration of the fact that she is still alive. I mean, what's next--a movie called Obama: Not Currently the President?

Will there be a commentary track or interview with David Mamet, who observed that she "seems to have succeeded at everything she put her hand to"?

She apparently hasn't succeeded in being defeated yet.
