Hard to tell. There's this:
and there's this.
Which one is flipped or are they two different publicity stills? And Fontaine's head angle isn't quite right in either.

They are the same image. The bottom one (like the one on the Blu-ray cover) has been flipped.

It looks like Shirley is moderating a debate between Nixon and Reagan.

It looks like all of their faces have been transplanted onto somebody else's head, 'Come to Daddy' style.

Those Hitchcock releases are at least worlds better than the shattered glass DVD design for the same movies that came out a few years back.

One of the amusing things from the Futurama commentaries was to hear Billy West remembering back to watching those debates as a kid and thinking that Nixon was turning into a werewolf during the broadcast! It obviously stuck with him, since he has now confirmed that this was why he added the now trademark
"Ar-ooo!" howl to Nixon's voice on the show!

The art is still great, but how can they pass up the chance to put it in a Blu-ray book?

I really hope the spine has one of those taped-on Dewey decimal system cards like a library book.

Apparently the look they were going for was a vintage YA novel that's being stored in a Gladware container.

I hope the film doesn't leave us hanging and does in fact inform us of how she does it

Her ability to 'do it' has something to do with the back of her head if Brosnan and Kinnear's gazes are anything to go by.

I believe this is in fact resolved, but sets us up for the sequels by asking why she does it, and who she does it for.

Looking at the larger image
here , I'm not even sure that the tiny people at the bottom are either Kate Winslet or Christoph Waltz.
