I've seen so much "NSFW" stuff in the course of my work at a theater with very diverse programming, from Googling to find promo photos of Richard Kern who we hosted, or video clips for Wakefield Poole's Bijou, or focusing the projector on an HD image of a closeup of an anus in a film by Pawel Wojtasik.

Depending on how the resolution of your monitor, feel free to bump "mildly" up to "completely."

Criterion can't stop using prostitutes as pretext to highlighting various films in the Collection.

Are you saying Criterion is secretly Frank Miller?

Does anyone know how/if I can buy a gift certificate if I live outside the US? I just want to be e-mailed with the code, why is it so difficult?!

And the website is already having 500 errors...

Edit: The coupon doesn't seem to be working yet.

I'm on the east coast so the sale should be on. It doesn't look like they'll run out of Eclipse sets so I can wait.

I had my cart all lined up before noon...and then 500 error. Finally made it through 30 minutes later with Godzilla, Belle De Jour, Three Samurai, La Jetee, Tokyo Drifter & Branded To Kill....all for $105 shipped.
Now I can sit back & wait until the next B&N sale.

When I was able to see my shopping cart earlier, I was getting 50% off the sale price. When I tried to add something extra for free shipping it changed to 50% off the list price. It figures that the one time I'm making a conservative purchase that I'd have this problem.

I am firewalled from CC, but can anyone tell me if this 50% sale applies to pre-orders? I didn't see anything in the email about that.

Also they are considering stuff to be released this week as pre-orders. Anyway with an overuse of the f5 button finally got my order in. Though humorously my one Blu was the cheapest item in the set.

The titles that came out today are eligible.

The stuff for next Tuesday? No. That means no Anatomy of a Murder or World on a Wire, but Tiny Furniture is all yours!

Of course this is all a moot point since the site is dead. Just give me my freakin' Gorin set and I'll be on my merry way.

Hit f5 a whole bunch and it usually gives in after three tries.

I thought everyone pre-ordered Anatomy of a Murder and World on a Wire from amazon when they had mispriced them at $16.99 each?

It took me about 30 minutes to get my order (Three Outlaw Samurai Blu-ray) through the site. Since it is only costing me $0.92, I can't complain.

Are the posters part of the sale? I can't check because the site is still giving me 500 errors.
