Done it several times and they have always come through, so I certainly can't complain about them, I'm just tired of having to do this over and over again. The worst case was the Costa box, for 18 months I looked at over 20 sets and not one, I repeat not one, was without significant damage way beyond a little edge ding. Fully agree, has also happened a lot to me, but at least my track record here has been better than with the digipacks, although also had to ask numerous times for replacements.swo17 wrote:You guys aren't paying close attention though if you think that digipaks are the only things susceptible to damage. - My argument is that once you own the thing it's up to you how you treat it and yes there is a "blu-book' value on the BR/DVD collectors market for used items, but at least you should have a chance to get it undamaged and with many digibooks that's not really the case. And have you ever tried to "buff out" a dent in a digipack? Good luck with that one!
