Don't get me started, I'd consider the ultimate deception to see this sooner

Spoiler
Hijack a methylamine truck and then use it to manufacture your own final 8 episodes?
Get Jesse Plemons to murder someone at AMC?
Use magnets?
That's all I've got.

#-o really didn't care for that, or last season too much, series should have ended after Gus's death which would have gone down in history as one of the best, most controversial series finales ever

Re: Breaking Bad
Is it bad that, even though I'm completely caught up with the show, I still twitched and hesitated before clicking swo's "spoiler"?

Re: Breaking Bad
I always thought that Crawl Space would have made the perfect series finale. In my head, I'll be judging the impact and possible cruel irony of the actual finale against Crawl Space's lung-emptying final moments.Black Hat wrote:Spoiler

Re: Breaking Bad
Crawl Space would have made a great ending, and an unconventional one as well since it would have avoided the compulsion every show seems to have of wrapping things up as completely as possible.

Re: Breaking Bad
I get it, Soderbergh, but hands off the home viewing experience. It's worked so far for this show, I'm not trudging to a theater to watch something I could see in the comfort of my own home in the company of friends.

Re: Breaking Bad
I can only imagine AMC's response to this would be a thinly veiled "fuck off".

I told you, Matrix: Pre-order for tomorrow's release is now $29.99 on Amazonmatrixschmatrix wrote:I've been sticking to watching this series on blu throughout, since I came in fairly late, so I still haven't actually seen the most recent half season- but I kind of resent getting charged an arm and a leg for nine episodes. The whole half season only it's treated in every way like a season unto itself thing is always a bit irritating to me, it seems like the primary effect is to charge full price for a box set with two thirds the normal number of episodes in it.

Re: Breaking Bad
For a show with such wonderful promotional art throughout its run, I'm pretty underwhelmed by that.

I don't usually complain about these types of things, but that is one poor choice of font.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to try and sleep the rest of June and all of July off right now.

Re: Breaking Bad
The Saul Goodman spin-off is moving "full speed ahead". I have mixed feelings about this. I really want it to be a prequel because I see no way he survives the final 8.

Saul Goodman's a cockroach. He'll smarm his way out of the apocalypse.

The Urban Outfitters' cloth bags you get to hold your purchase right now are Breaking Bad-themed, if you want a green canvas bag with Walter White's head in a skull and crossbones gratis (assuming you buy something else, of course)

Re: Breaking Bad
Avoid today's issue of USA Today, as apparently it's article on the show contains a spoiler for the Final 8.
