Well, Zatoichi definitely had one off the top of my head, and I think Shoah, Nashville, and On the Waterfront had fairly substantial booklets.

And Bergman / Rossellini, and the WCF set. As did Rossellini/Bergman. The Etaix one was fairly short but had a lot of good information and vintage images.

Babette's Feast also had a nice thick booklet.
