Re: Forthcoming Lists Discussion and Random Speculation Vol.
Same here. I think my phone freaks out if I happen to post at the same time as someone else (which I believe is what happened with me and mfunk), but I'll get an error message saying my post didn't go through and then I'll see it posted twice. I'm the victim here.

It's an issue I've run into before and have tried to fix it, though apparently not with much luck.

This happens to me on desktop as well. If you hit submit, and get the forum error message, it still may have posted.

Does Miramax(Lionsgate) still hold the U.S. rigts to Chungking Express? Miramax no longer lists it on their site and given that they have dropped films they once distributed here like Three Colors, could this be in play to come back?

Isn't Chungking Express with StudioCanal (Lionsgate)?

You would think they would have announcements ready to be posted first thing Monday morning from last Friday and not torture us until their shift is over...

They're all still waiting on Eric Chase Anderson's cover art for Moonrise Kingdom, sketched with artisanal colored pencils, to be delivered via messenger pigeon.

Wrong. It's the falcon that portrayed Mordecai in The Royal Tenenbaums.jedgeco wrote:They're all still waiting on Eric Chase Anderson's cover art for Moonrise Kingdom, sketched with artisanal colored pencils, to be delivered via messenger pigeon.

Clearly not a true swimminghorses cover. Everything is spelled correctly.

Take it up without whoever made that in sincerity and then posted it on Tumblr

Judging by the overall vibe, s/he still confused "Wes Anderson" and "Wes Craven," and "Moonrise Kingdom" and "Last House on the Left."PfR73 wrote:Clearly not a true swimminghorses cover. Everything is spelled correctly.

I doubt that I'm the only one who would be intrigued by a Wes Anderson remake of "Last House on the Left.

Re: Forthcoming Lists Discussion and Random Speculation Vol.
That's been up for a while
EDIT: Not as long as I thought; I had misread that as March. Still, I don't think the correlation between phantom pages and release dates have been too strong when the page wasn't put up on release day itself. I think better evidence for this film being announced is the fact that we've had a comfortable amount of time since the first inklings that it was possible.

Re: Forthcoming Lists Discussion and Random Speculation Vol.
Out of curiosity, how do people find the phantom pages? Do they just pick a bunch of names and start searching every announcement day?
