On Samurai Spy :

In the Index menu for the Shinoda Interview, highlight "Main" then go the right. You will make a flower appear.
When clicking on the flower, you access to a 2 min interview of Shinoda discussing the realism of sword battles in samurai movies.

On White Dog, in the "Four-Legged Time Bomb" interview section, push down until Jon Davison's name is highlighted. This leads to a one minute long clip from Davison's interview, where he threatens the Criterion producers with a mauling from another animal!

Someone on the Blu-ray.com forums posted how to access the Tony Leung music video on the In The Mood For Love Blu-ray:
Go to the TV Spots and Trailers menu and press the blue button on the remote, and the music video should play.

Interesting! Is this the first known Easter Egg on a Blu-Ray? I'd assumed the rigid menu format precluded such skullduggery.

There is an Easter Egg on Island of Lost Souls but I don't think anyone has figured out how to access it. (Now I suspect that the blue button will probably be the key to that as well.)

Press enter to see a video of Gulager reading a section of Siegel's autobiography (some of the section read in the 'official' autobiography section) and commenting on it.
This is on the blu-ray as well. From the main menu, go to the 1964 version, supplements, Reflections with Clu Gulager, then hit the blue button on your remote.

the trailer for Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid.
Whilst casually browsing through the old DVD edition of the 1946 Killers disc, I found where the button to play the Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid trailer is hidden - go to the page of Siodmak trailers and press down to the Cobra Woman trailer and then press left. The white button moves slightly to the left and clicking at that point makes the Plaid trailer play.

Oh shit! That song + its accompanying short is absolutely hilarious. I really wish they would've included it as part of the shorts collection on here, but they must've known the song itself is half the fun.
