Very cool news. That segment was actually one of my favorite parts from FWWM, so I'm glad to see that they may be expanding it.

Lara Flynn Boyle doesn't look like Lara Flynn Boyle anymore and she already got recast for the movie, so it may well be Donna.

Just checked, you weren't kidding. Lip injections are the first thing that pops out - unless they do a major rewrite that would explain the Beverly Hills wife look, there's no way she'd fit into a small town anymore.

Sadly, the Log Lady will now have to be recast...if she was to play a significant part in the storyline. Hopefully, they can just delete the character; having someone other than Catherine Coulson play the role wouldn't feel right.

I very, very highly doubt Lynch would re-cast the Log Lady, especially as he and Catherine were so close.

If the part is to be recast, I hope it goes to Kenneth Welsh, who was pretty chilling dressed up as the log lady in the second season!

I don't get mfunk's post. Leigh in the cast is a good thing, right?

I'd look like a genius if he was cast next. He needs the work.

Ah, I got it now. I thought I was missing from Twin Peaks trivia. It's been awhile since I watched the whole thing.

Do you have ten bucks burning a hole in your pocket and need to hear more than nine hours of music cues from Twin Peaks? Then has David Lynch got a deal for you!

I'm sold! Waiting for it to download now. I can think of few scores for film or television which are more purely transporting and atmospheric than Badalamenti's (and Lynch's) for Twin Peaks and FWWM. Listen to that for nine hours and you'll probably start thinking you live in that misty, red-curtained, BOB-infested and mysterious world of theirs.

Apparently Trent Reznor, Eddie Vedder and Sharon Van Etten are in the cast.

Also Duchovny seems to be reprising his role, and most of Lynch's regulars are on board.

Reznor and his wife/How to Destroy Angels bandmate are both listed, so it might be just a musical performance.

No Chris Mulkey as Hank Jennings or Joan Chen as Josie Packard :(

No Piper Laurie either, but that was to be expected since Jack Nance is dead.

Badalamenti is not on the list either, so Trent might be doing more than just a song as well.

Biggest omission is Michael J. Anderson.
