It certainly does, but I'd say they were correct to go for accuracy.

Just to show that the Criterion LE AMICHE cover hasn't strayed too far from the original Titanus release artwork..

Except that Criterion have strangely cropped the feet - and everyone knows that a pair of hand crafted Italian heels are the key alta moda accessory, then & now... Che peccato!...

Greg Ruth confirmed on twitter that he is doing the art for both films, so if it isn't going to be a box set, it should at least be paired releases of A Touch of Zen and Dragon Inn

Cutting off the feet (and shoes) is definitely a poor design decision here. ;-)

Sadly, no digipacks again. Only Angels Have Wings would`ve made a great digi

Why did people list this on last year's Dynamic Top Ten when clearly it was released in 2000?

Sils Maria is August 2014 for France and April 2015 for the US.

It was a humor joke based on the cover's incorrect date

I liked Phoenix but really don't like this one. Thought you were all being sarcastic at first.

I like it, but it bothers me that Moretz' face covers two or three peaks

Not on the cover, but Moretz's name is spelled wrong on the Criterion website.

Hmm, it may showcase the scenery and main acting trio in an artistically beautiful fashion, but it makes no mention of Juliette Binoche's mid-film spit take. 6/10, see me after class, Criterion.

I like it. My only criticism is Binoche's face looks a bit like a poor cut & paste job compared to Stewart and Moretz.

My bad, I didn't realise there was a typo on the cover.
