Altered States is leaving Filmstruck in a few days. That's what a lot of this stuff is anymore.

Not sure what the reference is, but Ken Russell’s phantom page eventually became filled when Women in Love joined the Collection.

The reference was at top of page. Didn't notice it those were old posts until just now though, so.
