IMDB's not always the most accurate source. The Lion In Winter seems to have the same rights situation as The Graduate & The Producers. They were all produced around the same time by AVCO Embassy Pictures. They were all initially released on DVD in the US by MGM. While Studio Canal has the UK rights to The Graduate & The Producers, and Rialto list both in their catalogue, at minimum the home video rights are still with MGM in the US (who licensed The Graduate to Criterion & The Producers to Shout Factory).

Twilight Time stated their option to release it was through MGM. It's unlikely that MGM doesn't have the rights anymore since they still have the rights to The Graduate & The Producers. Twilight Time could still have their license, or if they don't, then MGM could possibly license it to Criterion.

That Rialto credit on IMDB for TLIW was added very recently. My guess is Rialto added it themselves.

I attended a screening of Joan Tewkesbury's wonderful directorial debut Old Boyfriends at the Hammer Museum a few days ago, and
she let it slip that Rialto is trying to put together a theatrical re-release of it. She specifically mentioned them striking a "new print", but I'm not
sure if Rialto is making more 35mm prints or will just create a DCP.

Film Forum synopsis: Made for Italian television in four 55-minute parts, it was cut in half for its 1980 U.S. release (to 2 hours — Rosi’s own theatrical cut was 2½) and senselessly re-titled Eboli. DCP. Approx. 220 min, plus intermission.
This would likely be a 2-disc set for blu-ray.

I hope that Rosi' "Hands Over the City" (blu upgrade) and "Illustrious Corpses" are not too far behind.

If you're not Region A locked, Eureka released Hands over the City in a very good BD release in 2014 (and it's currently quite cheap).

Looking at the Metrograph calendar, it seems Joan Tewkesbury’s Old Boyfriends just had a new print struck and is distributed by Rialto Pictures. I caught this a few months ago at UCLA on a very faded, pink print and found it to have very odd tonal shifts and a terrible score. Although Tewkesbury was involved in many of Robert Altman’s best pictures, this one never quite gets there despite a Paul and Leonard Schrader script that morphs their man on a self-destructive mission trope to woman on a self-destructive mission. There’s also an excellent middle-part of the film with John Belushi that’s better than the rest of the picture.
