Hedwig and the Angry Inch is going to be a digipack, based on all of the written content.

Surprisingly disappointed by Hedwig, much like I am by the film.

Though I love the parallels between the L’humanite cover and the Mamet Homicide cover. Niiiiiiiiiiice.

I’m with those that think Swing Time is atrocious. Will probably win worst cover for me - I died a bit just as I saw the email announcement...

La Vie de Jesus is puzzlingly terrible. That rendering looks nothing like the main character. There were some great evocative stills for this film. The other dumont is okay, but the original poster which it apes is still better.

Disagree, the Dumonts are beautiful and L'Humanite looks like a Klimt to my eyes

The cover for L'Humanite also reminds me in a strange way a little of Peter Greenaway's short film A Walk Through H.dda1996a wrote: Sun Mar 17, 2019 1:22 pmDisagree, the Dumonts are beautiful and L'Humanite looks like a Klimt to my eyes

Hey, if Criterion's not gonna use it anymore, it's free game

All of them are great even if the wacky C muddles the Pagnol.

At least they didn’t spoil the Pagnol by showing us what the wife looks like. Instead I now feel like my interest is piqued - who is this wife? Why the big secret?
Likewise, I’m more curious than ever about what the right thing is.

All great covers. I don't remember the last time a batch has been this solid.

This may be the best all-round month for covers I can remember. That Klute concept could have collapsed completely in execution, but they pulled it off well.

Unfortunately it falls on stoney ground for me but why pray is Klute in inverted commas? Has it always been so?

They were there on the DVD and a quick Google search shows them on the original American and French posters as well
