Honestly I thought they outed him years ago especially with the (new?) voice actor.

I just learned that the English dub that aired on Nickelodeon (it's originally a Spanish-language show) was produced and overseen by... Harvey Weinstein, who also directed the English-language animated film adaptation that preceded it!

Weinstein as a director somehow sounds even more awful than him as a producer.

Dennis Haskins was pretty good in Clemency in a very small role, but I can't have been the only one who was a bit distracted by that casting

I think it’s funny that the two stars of the other series who have done the most to maximize their financial return on exploiting nostalgia for the show in recent years, Haskins and Diamond, are not invited to participate in the reboot

Diamond has also done the most to maximize his alienation from the rest of the cast in the intervening years, so shunning him is by no means a surprise.

I’m sorry, did everyone already know that right wing pundit Steven “Change My Mind” Crowder was the original voice of Brain on Arthur?

He wasn’t the original voice. He only did a couple of seasons later on. It was jarring when I first heard about this, but I probably never saw an episode he voiced.

Good to know!

Interestingly, the voice artist who replaced Crowder is also now the creator behind Haus of Decline, a popular webcomic. The Brain to Internet Famous pipeline is legit
