I came across this online at Fnac.es here. Of course there are only Spanish sub-titles but I may order this DVD since I have a modest understanding of Spanish text. Has anyone seen this DVD and comment on the quality? Does anyone know if there is an English publication of the script?

I found this. I haven't seen the film, but I've heard it's very faithful to Bergman's production at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm. What I don't know is how faithful Bergman was to Enquist's text (it was the world premiere of the play, which suggests he ought to have followed it fairly closely, but he is Bergman, so who knows).

i haven't seen the dvd itself but i've seen a divx-rip from the dvd and it looks fantastic!

I also loved the film alot, im a die hard bergman fan and the movie is also about the creative proces of one of my favorite swedish movies Körkarlen (The Phatom Carrige) by Victor Sjöström.

as always sweden is years behind the rest of the world with releasing their own bergman movies, but hopefully we will se more of bergmans later tv-productions on dvd in the future.
