What's the hold up on a non-limited, cheaper, general release of the 4K? Seems like most of their other titles made the transition sooner.

Great release but no Lauren Hutton interviews or commentary. I would’ve loved to hear her thoughts on the film. Schrader barely mentions her. It’s an odd oversight for such a great release. I’m wondering if anyone knows why she isn’t really included on this release.

Don't ever assume it's an "oversight".

A dozen years or so ago, someone was ranting and raving about Arrow being "sexist" (or possibly "misogynist"; I forget which) because despite amassing a very impressive roster of new interviews for Runaway Train - the director, two out of three leads, a significant supporting actor - they were all male.

But the prosaic truth is that, just like the others, Rebecca DeMornay's agent was approached, and while I forget whether there was a reply at all or the answer was no or if she wanted an unrealistic amount of money or indeed if there were logistical challenges in securing an interview in time (all of these being common scenarios), the end result was the same.
