That film in particular was/is held by IFC Films in the US, but unfortunately the IFC Films connection to Criterion seems to have gone cold in recent years, save the Safdies film Daddy Longlegs (which I'm sure, like 45 Years before it, might have been a direct request on behalf of their respective filmmakers to bring into the collection). Glad to have The Beast, either way!

Bonello's had most of his recent work available on blu, but if it's available in your territory, Mubi is currently streaming a copy of l'Apollonide (aka House Of Tolerance) for the time being. It would be nice to have his early works available physically, but I'll take what I can get, for now.

IFC has a deal with Vinegar Syndrome right now so I've been hoping that would put House of Tolerance in the cards.
