With me, it‘s never less than 10 days but usually two weeks for US shipments and 7-10 days for UK. Really strange re. your anomaly and especially during busy season but hopefully this is a new trend.

Are there any Gold Backers left here? I have yet to receive (and no shipping notification from Informed Delivery) the non-LEs of Starfighter and Crimson Rivers 4Ks, nor Last Video Store or The Addiction.

I'm one. Arrow seems to have stopped sending non-LE editions to gold backers in the past year for whatever reason. My last shipment was for Shaw Brother vol. 3 a few weeks back, nothing since.

Technically don't they owe us releases through April 2025?

You'd think they could at least finish out the year! I send a PM on their Facebook page, as I didn't want to waste my time with their useless 3rd-party US customer 'service', but I guess they use the same folks for their FB page, as the response showed they had no idea what I was talking about.

Thank you for checking with them. It is too bad if this is how it ends, but we the gold backers did have a good run. I never thought Arrow would last for ten years!

It feels silly to complain given what riches we've gotten for ten years, but it really should be all titles through March given what the deal was and at least finishing out the 2024 releases if they were to claim they meant calendar year vs. 12 month span from when it all began. It makes less sense to end it now.

Might be worth contacting MVD and seeing if they had any info. They have been the best customer service I've experienced when I had a few shipping issues with this plan over the years.

Re: Arrows FB customer service, I received a defective disc in the Enter The Video Store set (like an actual dent in the disc which prevented it from playing, so clearly a manufacturer's error) and tried to just get a replacement for that disc alone. I explained I didnt have a receipt they requested since I'm a Gold Backer, though I sent my initial Indiegogo contribution receipt. It seemed to cycle through 5 people on different messages until someone understood what I said, admitted they couldn't send single discs from multipack sets but very kindly offered to send a full replacement set to cover the one damaged disc. They asked for my address and everything, then simply fell off the planet and no one at Arrow ever responded to me again when I checked on it over a month later and numerous times after. They never sent the replacement.

They’re right on it! 🤣
I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To further our investigation so that we can get this resolved, I have raised this with our Operations Team.

Please allow 3-5 working days for an update.

At least the automated boilerplate response didn’t add ‘I know this must be frustrating for you’, as my empathetic call center friends at Amazon often comfort me with.

I had to interact with a Wayfair chatbot the other day and it said "I know this is not the answer you wanted to hear."

Aha! Informed Delivery shows a Pottstown package label created today, so assumedly that's at least Addiction and Last Video Store (and hopefully Demolition Man).

According to my “your wishlist has new price drops” email from this morning it looks like Arrow accidentally priced everything in their Valentines Day sale at 9GBP… including the Coffin Joe box set! All the bigger stuff is of course already out of stock and the prices seem to have been fixed for everything else now…

They were fixing them as I was shopping and the prices in my cart kept jumping. So I abandoned my order. Imagine there are some very happy customers out there, though.

Managed to get Shawscope Vol. 3 and the Coffin Joe set dispatched, but two other orders I placed got cancelled and refunded (aside from the shipping charge on one of them though, so I’ve opened a PayPal dispute on that one).

Ironically in the larger of my two orders that got cancelled, I included The Mexico Trilogy but had also ordered it elsewhere just before for 4 times the price (was obviously going to cancel that order ASAP, but waited to see if the Arrow mispriced order would ship first). So in short, you win some you lose some.

PS: anyone UK-based get anything at the £9 price? I’d be open to swapping the Coffin Joe set for a couple of bargains if anyone’s interested (DM me), as the big order that got cancelled was stuff I actually wanted more. Seems most people who were successful were either international orders or had selected next day delivery, but not all of them (I chose standard for all three orders).

Barnes and Noble is doing 50% off again, I'm glad the relationship between them and Arrow has been really fruitful. B&N has done a good job with the UK boutiques that have come to America, having Indicator and Radiance sales too

Just saw this on a Youtube channel. So are these going to be reliable things like the Criterion sale? Anyone know what months we can anticipate for Radiance & Indicator?

FYI I had put the Chabrol Twisting the Knife box in my cart yesterday, but when I went to finalize my purchase this morning, it was no longer available and disappeared from the website entirely.

they have done sales for all of the above but at random times. Arrow in years past overlapped with Criterion but this year Kino was before and now Arrow is after. Radiance was during as swo noted. it's all over the map

I'm trying to put in an order on the UK arrow site with the current sale going on but when trying to check out with delivery to my US address prices do not reflect the sale reductions. When switching to my former EU address prices do show correctly. Is this a bug or a new feature/policy update that I'm unaware of (I have ordered to the US from the UK site during previous sales with no issues)?

EDIT: they fixed this now.

Arrow Films UK, the only site where you can't amend the delivery address for a pre-order even when it's still to the same country. Unbelievable. Congratulations The Hut, you imbeciles just cost Arrow some direct business because I cancelled my Killer 4K preorder and went to Orbit instead. And guess what, once you've fulfilled my orders for February and March, that's the last you've seen of me.

Well, this is a new one. A pre-order directly from Arrow - American Yakuza - has been ‘delayed’ due to being out of stock, though it’s in-stock at Amazon. I highly doubt this is a hot seller, so how are pre-orders not taking priority over more recent orders for the same title? Should I be confident that my order actually will be honored? Given how incompetent Arrow’s customer service is, I’m not sure I can give them the benefit of the doubt.
