One of my favorite discoveries this year. Well paced and written little thriller with an early and OTT performance from Tony Todd as the gang leader (this would make an obvious double bill with his other tower-set movie, Candyman), Ray Parker as a solid co-lead with Gary Frank and a colorful supporting cast in Frances Foster, Stacey Dash and Jan-Michael Vincent. Great on location shooting in pre-Giuliani era NYC, too. Also enjoyed Arrow's new interviews with DoP Ernest Dickerson and Gary Frank.
