I didn't realize this was the same director as Hukkle which I caught in a festival when it came out, became my favorite film of 2002, but didn't see any commercial release for it except for the dvd. Looking at his output since (all of which passed me by), there's a few other titles I also hope get picked up: Final Cut: Ladies and Gentlemen, Hen, Free Fall. Looking forward to picking this one up.

Hukkle now has a 4k resroration on blu ray via Dekanlaog/OCN

It's extraordinarily unlikely that Final Cut: Ladies and Gentlemen will ever get a commercial release, but it's easy enough to find decent-quality copies online.

(The whole thing is a humungous copyright violation from beginning to end, as György Pálfi was cheerfully aware when he made it.)

I was hoping Criterion would pick it up as they picked up several HVE titles. I picked it up last VS sale but haven't looked at it yet.
