I'm having the same issue. Ordered just after 1pm eastern time on Tuesday and my order still shows as being packed. I'm guessing some titles oversold and they're awaiting new inventory?

For the record, I bought UHD's of Killers of the Flower Moon, The Man Who Wasn't There, Perfect Days, and Caught by the Tides on bluray. KOTFM is probably the hold-up.

As long as it eventually ships I'm not that bothered. Between this sale, Radiance, Kino Lorber, Target B2G1, and random regional Amazon discounts, I won't get around to watching all this stuff for months.

Probably, it was backordered, though that really shouldn't affect orders that were placed before that happened. I got lucky - it was in my cart when backordered and they honored the 50% off, but I doubt I'll get that second order for a while!

I guess that's the advantage of ordering "early." I checked out within a minute of the sale beginning and everything shipped for me.

I had KOTFM, along with Network and Eyes Wide Shut from that list, plus seven other titles. Order was placed within the first hour, confirmation came at 1:05PM, got a shipping notice yesterday. It's due here 4/2, but is already in my state so may see it tomorrow.

I'd like to think they're prioritizing orders with I Know Where I'm Going! on them. For fun.

My package is still in North Carolina for some reason. Pretty unhappy with this whole experience to be honest

I confess to not being terribly happy about this either, and I imagine a lot of it has to do with them having a history of consistency. I only purchase during these sales (because who can afford this otherwise), and at least for the last three years, these package arrive the Friday or Saturday after. I genuinely wonder what wrong-footed them? Obviously they know of these sales. It doesn't seem to be related to any one title. All I can surmise is the expiration of all coupons—which just cancels out tax for me. As an aside, this company's come a long way from polling the internet over whether to use Vivre sa vie or My Life to Live.

In case anyone else is in the same boat as I, mine's still "being packed for shipment" and I'm not confident it will be packed by Friday. I'm veering toward the dramatic now, but if it doesn't arrive by the next Radiance announcement, then I imagine I'll receive the Rozier set from across the pond first.

check to make sure your payment went through. I had something stuck for weeks once, and it was mix up with the payment. They helped me redo the payment, and that freed it up.

Does anyone know what the schedule usually is for those 30% off 4K sales? Any rhyme or reason? Starting to really stack some codes at this point, and now that they expire I should probably use them.

The boutique sales megathread at the Blu-ray.com forum say May is the next 30% off sale.

Just got a $20 for 7 years of the channel but it expires October 7 already. Has anyone figured a way to use coupons for your subscription? I’m guessing that the next sale will fall after the 7th

You can’t use it for your Criterion Channel subscription, it’s just for physical stuff from their store.
As a token of our appreciation, we’re giving you $20 to spend at the Criterion Collection store. Use the code ######## (expires on 10/07/2026) and shop from our 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD releases, plus T-shirts, tote bags, hats, and more—all at criterion.com.

ya, first time we've gotten one that (likely) won't cover a 50% sale.

I just checked: the last Fall 50% flash sale that happened before Oct. 7th was in 2015 and it was on Oct. 6th! This year, Oct. 6th does, indeed, land on a Tuesday, so maybe...?

Been subscribing since the beginning as well. Between not getting a coupon before the last sale and not yet getting this one, I'm starting to get paranoid they have dropped me off a list.

So I set up an order just to see how much it would be with coupon that (probably might) expire before October sale and it's about the same for 1 item (with shipping) as waiting for next 50%.

I was also worried about losing the $20 cert before Flash, but I didn't want to pay shipping. So 3 4Ks with my $20 coupon, came to $85 pre-tax, so $3-4 more a piece than the flash, which is good enough for me.
