Imitation of Life (Sirk) - out of print?

I was about to order it from dvdplanet using the 20% off coupon, but it seems as if it has been discontinued. Does anyone know of the reason for this? Is a special edition on its way? I know some other stores still has it in stock, but even though it's cheap, I can wait for a better dvd.
