Any news about the release date of the Jesse James (1939) DVD?

By-the-way, this Western will be aired by BBC2, Sept. 29th 2006, 13.30-15.15 GMT.

Probably around the time when The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford is released. DVD was cancelled after that title was pushed to 2007. (see what happened to Pink Panther - different studios, but the same plan for tie-ins).
