This very thorough DVDTalk review gives plenty enough evidence that the 1925 version of The Lost World to be found on disc 2 of this set is indeed the much sought after George Eastman House restoration, so far the longest running time version of this classic. Reason enough to buy it, me thinks.

In fact, I was just wondering how nice it would be for Fox to release a Irwin Allen: Master of Disaster Collection, containing The Lost World, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Towering Inferno, The Poseidon Adventure and Five Weeks in a Balloon.
