Some of these covers just scream "whoever made that is really proud of themselves" and this is one of them. And it looks a lot like this (another bad cover) - right down to the too-cool black guy in a suit in front of an explosion imagery:

NB: I'm assuming the old adage is true here: if you introduce a bikini in the first act, at least half must come off in the third.
