I was able to stack my code and one friend's code, but not another Channel subscriber's code - the site said "This promotion has already been applied" or something like that. So you can stack codes, but not the same type of code, I guess

Was able to stack both my email coupons for $20 off. $75 minimum was a bummer but picked up Lubitsch Eclipse + You Can Count on Me + the Worst Person in the World

Anyone else experience orders stalling? Mine is still processing after 30 minutes. Never encountered this before, always got an immediate confirmation email/points/etc.

My order was placed (status is open/pending) but my card still hasn’t been charged and I got no email confirmation either

I did stack a lot of coupons, including a generous gift card from my in-laws. So maybe that impacts things?

I got a load.. with zero shelf space!

My order went through immediately at a few minutes past noon but the email took ten minutes to arrive.

Same here. I got a site error a minute before I placed the order as I wanted to add a title so maybe I should have acted faster.

Also waiting. Loyalty points go through as soon as the order is confirmed? I get a $50 gift certificate after this purchase.

Yeah, I got the $50 certificate email at the exact same time as the confirmation email for my order

I used this as an excuse to pick up the Eclipse blus — those coupons can be pretty convincing

Well shit. I don't really keep up with the wishlist anymore and totally forgot about I Know Where I'm Going

Is the $75 free shipping threshold before or after applying discount codes?

Ditto. Both emails just arrived a few minutes ago. I thought I'd struggle to place an order for even just two titles as I only wanted IKWIG! but completely forgot that KOTFM was released today. Then it went from there.

I believe it's after codes and is based on pre-tax as well

After 50% discount but the email codes don’t count against it (so if it’s 75 before you out the $10 email codes in, it’ll work because they’re considered gift certificates)

I didn't realize so many people here had trouble meeting the shipping threshold. The pre-order-only titles I wish to get already total well over $75 when the 50% discount is taken into account. Then again, I'm fine holding off until the next sale (and it helps that's I've seen all of them projected in theaters, so I can be patient).

Obviously I was only asking to make sure I saved enough titles for my second order after the $50 coupon came in 8-)

Pre-orders don't get the 50% discount. it's likely you're seeing the standard 20%

pzadvance wrote: Tue Mar 24, 2026 10:02 am the expiration dates on these codes are new, aren't they? making it much more difficult to save up a bunch for a significant discount, you basically have to use them by the next sale now
Relatively new, within the last couple of years, but the lifespan of the coupons seems to be getting shorter. The code they sent me before last March's flash sale expired after a year. Every code they've sent me since then has a six-month expiration date.

I’m sure they got tired of people like me saving them up and getting a Pasolini 101 box for $20.

Yeah, I know - what I meant was, when these sales happen, I buy off my wishlist, so the only things left on my wishlist after a purchase are the pre-order-only titles since they weren’t eligible, which means I already have the first titles of my NEXT order ready since I follow the same procedure every time.

This was a clutch revelation, was able to pick up four more releases for $30 thanks to certificates (and the ones the site didn't let me use the first time worked this round). Good looks!
